Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I had the best experience working with Claudia. I was on the hunt for a home with very specific and uncommon requirements. I knew the process would likely take a while to find the right fit. I had initially worked with another realtor, and after the first showing I felt so pressured. He was pushy and it was clear he just wanted the sale, not his client’s satisfaction. I was very discouraged after that. I found Claudia through a friend of a friend, and I am so happy I did. Claudia was patient with me, and I never felt pressured. She was quick to respond at all hours of the day if there was a property I was interested in so we could schedule an appointment. When it came time to make an offer on a home we knew was in high demand, she provided me with a great deal of wisdom and knowledge from experience to ensure we crafted and offer that would be selected over others. When my offer was accepted and I was scheduled to go out of town a day later, she quickly worked around my schedule to get an inspection the next day so I wouldn’t have to cancel my trip. I can’t imagine a better realtor for me, and while I have bought my forever home and will hopefully not need her services again, I’ll be recommending her to everyone I know.
